Job Summary
Conduct physical inspections on commercial or residential properties to identify risks and hazards, applying manual rules and company standards. Prepare schedules to maximize time efficiency and communicate with insured parties via phone, email, and text to set up appointments. Complete loss control surveys, capture multiple photos, and submit required reports with internal progress updates. Work as a part-time or occasional role with flexible weekly schedules, requiring a valid driver's license, digital camera proficiency, and automobile insurance. Must reside within a 30-mile radius of your assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Competent use of digital camera
- Competent use of word processing
- Competent use of e-mail
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record (based on NEIS guidelines)
- Must live within 30-mile radius of territory
- Must maintain automobile insurance while employed with bodily injury limits equal to or greater than $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident or $300,000 combined
- Must be available for Part-Time/Occasional work with variable hours and self-scheduling
