Los Fuegos Supervisor

Oversee the daily operation of the assigned restaurant in assistance to the Restaurant Manager, ensuring full compliance with departmental policies, safety regulations, and Faena standards. Direct team performance to maintain consistent quality service and guest satisfaction, while enforcing cost control procedures and monitoring waste, breakage, and budget adherence. Manage equipment maintenance through regular inventories and work order submissions, ensuring all service schedules are followed. Communicate company goals and action plans to staff, resolve guest complaints professionally, and collaborate with other hotel departments to support a cohesive team environment. Review financial reports, submit budget requests, and recommend operational enhancements to the General Manager. Work a varied schedule including early morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
