Supervise groups of K-6 students during after-school tutoring sessions, leading lessons using provided curriculum and materials while fostering a sense of belonging. Prepare the tutoring area, manage attendance, and document student progress through the HeyTutor Dashboard. Handle student transportation by picking up and dropping off students from designated school site areas. Facilitate baseline and summative assessments when requested by the manager. Support positive behavior choices and engage directly with students throughout the session. Complete daily clocking in and out of Deputy for shifts. Work independently without teacher or site staff support.
