Job Summary
Greet and engage attendees at booths, activations, and general session areas while distributing materials and answering questions. Support registration flow and crowd management, and assist with event operations as directed by supervisors. Represent Fierce Staffing and client partners as the professional face of the National Black MBA Conference in Los Angeles, CA, from September 22-25, 2026. Complete a virtual interview to be considered. Dress in all-black business casual attire.
Required Qualifications
- Highly professional and polished in appearance and manner
- Strong communicators with excellent customer service instincts
- Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities in a live event environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to performing at a high level
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout a full shift
- All black business casual
- Black pants (no rips or tears)

- Black closed-toe comfortable shoes
- No athletic wear
