Job Summary
The Part Time Parking Lot Operations Supervisor oversees the Parking Cashiers & Parking Attendants to ensure that operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include scheduling and managing staff, training employees, handling cash transactions, performing cash audits, and ensuring correct timekeeping practices. Candidates should possess customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and must be able to operate cash handling equipment and basic computer programs. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage in high-stress situations are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year of direct Customer Service Experience
- Must have valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 3 years
- Must pass a post offer background check and credit check due to handling large monetary transactions
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience handling cash transactions and balancing a cash fund is preferred
- Ability to communicate with and listen to diverse populations
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling difficult situations
- Basic Computer and Microsoft Office use and knowledge required
- Ability to learn scheduling system ABIMM
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work varied schedule which includes Nights, weekends and Holidays
