Job Summary
The Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for regulating and directing vehicles at Angel Stadium. Duties include directing cars to proper parking areas, checking for safety hazards, and assisting guests with directions and inquiries. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, effective communication skills, and the ability to work various hours. The position requires standing for long periods and working outdoors, sometimes in adverse weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to use hands and arms to direct guests
- Ability to work outdoors, in direct sunlight and occasionally in inclement weather
- Ability to walk on uneven surfaces
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Crowd Management experience in parking vehicles
- Effective communication skills (verbal)
- Ability to deal diplomatically with the public, fellow employees, and supervisors
