Conduct individual career conversations with employees to map their aspirations, talents, and development potential, then co-create career plans and guide their professional growth trajectories. Advise on suitable training and development opportunities while supporting staff in internal mobility and next steps within the organization. Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions on personal and professional development, collaborating closely with HR colleagues, managers, and external partners to tailor development offerings to organizational needs. This role operates within the Organization and Services department of the municipality of Hengelo, offering space for pioneering new career advisory methods and initiatives.
