Job Summary
Operate, monitor, test, and maintain processing equipment and safety devices from the wellhead to the sales line while calculating daily rates and performing troubleshooting. Monitor well performance, discharge water, and rotating equipment such as compressors and pumps to keep systems within designed operating ranges. Perform record keeping for BSEE and USCG requirements including safety meetings and emergency evacuation plans. Operate safety shutdown systems, firefighting equipment, and navigational aids in accordance with regulations. Swing from boat operations on a 14x14 schedule at a terminal in Patterson, LA. No sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of offshore experience required in oil and gas production
- Able to work and swing from boat operations
- Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- High school diploma or equivalent
