Establish publishing and business master plans for two mobile RPG projects, managing global launch strategies, marketing execution, and partner collaborations. Lead localization pipelines, influencer partnerships, and community expansion while building operational frameworks for long-term service stability. Execute market-specific strategies across global regions and maintain high-density execution from build-up through launch. Requires 3+ years of publishing experience with strong ownership, deep subculture market knowledge, and business-level English proficiency. Based at the Yisa Center Field East Tower in Seoul.
Required Qualifications
- 게임 퍼블리싱 (사업·마케팅·운영 등) 직군 3년 이상의 경력
- 직접 기획 및 실행해본 경험
- R&R 경계를 넘어 스스로 오너십을 갖고 드라이브하는 방식
- 서브컬처 시장 및 팬문화에 대한 깊은 이해
- 영어 비즈니스 수준 이상
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없음
