Job Summary
Manage a panel of 1,200 patients, averaging around 12 patients per day, to deliver personalized primary care in Eastern Colorado outpatient settings. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including Clinical Pharmacists and Mental Health professionals in a collaborative environment. The role offers no call, no weekends, and 4-5 day work weeks dependent on location. Eligible candidates may receive up to $200,000 toward student loan repayment over 5 years through the VA's Education Debt Reduction Program. Opportunities are available in Pueblo, Lamar, and Alamosa.
