Job Summary
Become a school driver and safely transport school-aged children using your own vehicle. The role offers 6 to 8 trips per day at $25 per trip, with the potential to earn up to $200+ per day. You must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a personal vehicle that meets specific requirements. Responsibilities include keeping the vehicle clean, following traffic laws, using a scheduling app for assignments, and communicating professionally with families. The position is part-time with weekday hours, mainly before and after school.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Personal vehicle (10 years old or newer, or antique in great condition)
- Vehicle must pass a licensed inspection
- Active auto insurance
- Background check & fingerprinting (LiveScan or equivalent)
- DOT physical from a licensed provider
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for route management
- Negative TB test
- Enjoy working around children
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience transporting children
