Job Summary
Assistant Manager / Service Writer in an automotive service environment. Responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences from start to finish, building trust with customers, listening to concerns and clearly explaining repair recommendations, and driving sales opportunities while prioritizing customer needs. Lead daily shop operations, motivate and coach team members, and help create a positive, high-energy culture. Work closely with technicians and staff to maximize productivity and profitability, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
