Job Summary
Lay out drainage pipes, determine slopes, and ensure correct connections to the sewer system. Pull supply and waste pipes through buildings and install sanitary fixtures including toilets, lavatories, showers, and baths. Fit taps, collectors, and shut-off valves to complete full bathrooms from preparation to finishing. Conduct pressure and tightness tests to locate leaks. Coordinate with other trades on-site for heating, ventilation, and electrical systems to ensure alignment. Maintain work logs, report deviations promptly to project leadership, and uphold safety, order, and cleanliness standards within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring als loodgieter of sanitair technieker
- Kan zelfstandig afvoeren leggen, leidingen trekken en sanitaire toestellen plaatsen
- Ervaring met of zin in grotere projecten: KMO, industrie of grote residentiële werven
- Kan plannen lezen en ernaar werken
- Werkt graag in vaste ploeg en kan op je collega rekenen
- Werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor afwerking en kwaliteit
- Denkt oplossingsgericht wanneer de situatie op de werf afwijkt van het plan
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands
