Job Summary
Answer incoming calls, walk-in guests, and vendors by directing them to appropriate parties while maintaining professional communication standards. Minimize hold times and abandon rates by efficiently managing guest interactions. Update information in the CRM management system and notify staff when guests are waiting. Maintain guest contact details, including phone numbers, emails, and addresses, while performing assigned administrative duties. Keep the workspace organized and uphold high ethical standards throughout all actions. This role requires a pleasant demeanor, a high school diploma, one year of customer service experience, and a valid driver's license. The position is full-time, 100% on-site in Prosper, TX, with a base hourly rate of $15.00 to $16.50, including Saturday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Pleasant and polite demeanor with the ability to communicate professionally on the telephone, internet and in person, and use standard office equipment
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year customer service experience and experience with multiple phone lines
- Ability to coordinate activities with other employees
- Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information in the English language
- Must have a valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- This position is 100% on-site at Toyota of Prosper in Prosper, TX
- This is a full-time position, including Saturday shifts
