Job Summary
Longevity & Wellness Physician partner for a founding role to shape the clinical model, patient experience, and care protocols for a new wellness venture within a leading aesthetic medicine platform. This physician-partner will build and lead a high-volume, patient-centered longevity program, mentor a multi-disciplinary clinical team, interpret advanced diagnostics, and empower patients through a membership-based care model. The role combines clinical leadership with entrepreneurship, offering the resources and patient base of an established platform to launch and grow the venture from day one.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license in North Carolina
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB-GYN, Emergency Medicine, or related specialty
- Training or demonstrated interest in longevity, preventive, integrative, or functional medicine (IFM, A4M, or equivalent certification strongly preferred)
- Clinical familiarity with weight loss, hormone replacement, peptide protocols, and advanced diagnostic interpretation
- Entrepreneurial orientation with genuine interest in building a clinical program from the ground up
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable in a high-touch, relationship-driven practice model with engaged, discerning patients
- Patient-focused with commitment to high-quality, evidence-based, ethical care
