Job Summary
Long-Term Substitute Technology Education Teacher at Dallastown Area High School. Responsible for developing and administering curriculum aligned with district goals, creating lesson plans and instructional materials for Technology Education (Industrial Arts/Tech Ed) for grades 9-12, delivering instruction that supports individual and small-group learning, conducting ongoing assessments to monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records of grades and attendance, fostering a safe and conducive classroom environment, engaging parents and coordinating with staff, and supporting professional development to stay current in the educational field. Requires collaboration with colleagues, flexibility in teaching assignments within the school setting, and possession of a valid PA Technology Education teaching certificate (PK-12) or equivalent, along with a Bachelor's Degree. - Bachelor's Degree
- Valid PA Instructional I or II Teaching Certificate: Technology Education PK-12 (6075) OR Industrial Arts / Tech Ed K-12 (6005)
- Related teaching experience preferred
