Job Summary
Oversee the nursing care of all residents on the assigned long-term care unit while providing daily leadership and guidance to licensed nurses and nursing personnel. Manage unit operations in accordance with company philosophy, professional nursing standards, and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Support clinical quality, team development, and relationship-based resident care through a comforting atmosphere that promotes interdisciplinary communication. Requires Monday through Friday day shift with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Monday - Friday Day Shift
- On-call Rotation Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license

- Management experience or willingness and desire to learn proper approaches to managing staff
- Passion for teaching, leading and mentoring staff
- Ability to use clinical knowledge to exceed the needs of the residents, resident families and staff
- Promote communication and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care
