Job Summary
Administrative and clerical support for Licensing, Enforcement, & Survey Processing for Long Term Care and the ICF/IID programs. Responsible for tracking survey data and forms and ensuring timely, accurate data entry into federal databases to meet federal performance standards. Performs scanning of public and confidential records for Licensing, Enforcement, & Survey Processing and serves as backup for other administrative assistants as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalent (HSE)
- 3 years of experience in administrative/clerical roles
- General knowledge of office administrative functions and theories
- Working knowledge of research techniques and report composition
- Working knowledge of functions of other departments/agencies and their impact
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to analyze procedures and write procedural manuals to recommend improvements
- Ability to coordinate the work of section staff
- Ability to maintain cooperative work relationships
