Job Summary
Junior Application Support Specialist on a 17-month contract based in Toronto, ON. Responsibilities include ITIL service management, incident triage and assessment with assignment to Tier three, queue management by assigning tickets, change management with creation and management of Change Requests, and configuration management of component inventory, plus 2+ years of Operational Support. Requires familiarity with WebSphere, Oracle 19c, Kubernetes, Ansible, and experience with enterprise data analysis/visualization tools like Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in ITIL Service Management
- Incident – Basic triage and assessment with assignment to Tier three
- Queue management – Assignment of tickets
