Job Summary
Score and complete games using DiamondKast software by recording every play, substitution, and pitch on a provided iPad. Manage externally sourced staff including umpires and grounds crew while confirming field readiness, verifying umpire presence, and ensuring both teams are prepared to start play. Collect video content of top performers for social media and take scouting notes on athlete performance. Ensure all events commence on time and present professionally to customers, players, and scouts. Compensation is per-game ($25), with assignments subject to weather and other circumstances.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred solid understanding of baseball fundamentals and gameplay
- Playing or coaching background
- Experience in scouting and/or scorekeeping
- Experience playing Baseball/Softball
