Job Summary
Operate basic packaging machinery (including depalletizers, baggers, case packers, sealers) and perform routine changeovers to keep packaging lines moving. Monitor processes, inspect products for correct labeling and packaging, perform quality checks, and manage inventory in SAP while ensuring sanitation and compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, and FSMA. Contribute to continuous improvement and 5S initiatives; provide backup coverage and training to teammates; document production activities and report issues to supervisors. Shift is day-length with a rotating A/B schedule (12-hour shifts), based in Grand Forks, ND.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production
- Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification
- 18+ years of age
