Job Summary
Edit long-form interview footage into polished YouTube content, managing the full workflow from raw recording to final export. Create motion graphics, including lower-third animations, and apply color correction, audio mixing, and sound design to uphold quality standards. Optimize pacing and visual elements to maximize watch time while maintaining the channel's current aesthetic. Manage multiple projects with self-motivation and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional experience editing content for YouTube and/or other social media platforms
- Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
- solid understanding of motion graphics workflows
- Expert-level understanding of full stack editing including basic color grading, audio mixing, sound effects, music selection and packaging for final delivery
- An understanding of good design principles
- A strong communicator and collaborator
- An independent worker who pays close attention to detail and is comfortable owning work
- An interest in AI, tech, and digital media
- Work anywhere with a good internet connection
