Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu with recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders to relay to the kitchen and bar. Serve meals and drinks timely while maintaining high presentation standards, anticipating needs to personalize the dining experience. Clear tables, ensure dining areas remain organized, and process payments and cash transactions accurately. Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service delivery. This role requires a Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, a high school diploma, and six months to one year of serving experience. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
