Job Summary
Lead and develop a large engineering team delivering UPS field service across the UK, manage customer relations and service quality, drive commercial awareness and continuous improvement while ensuring HSE compliance, RAMS development, and adherence to SLAs. Responsibilities include contract renewals, customer audits, and coordinating with UK-based teams across varying locations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on field experience, strong leadership and excellent communication to manage performance, stakeholder relationships, and service delivery in a fast-paced critical power environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience of UPS Field Service
- 10 years in the Mechanical/Electrical Industry or similar
- HNC /HND in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent
- Clean Driving License
