Job Summary
Independent Plumbing Subcontractor – multi-residential renovations. Responsibilities include rough-in and finish plumbing for apartment renovations, replacement and installation of fixtures (toilets, sinks, faucets, tubs, showers), kitchen and bathroom plumbing installations, DWV work, water line replacements and repairs, leak repairs and deficiencies, coordination with site supervisors and other trades, ensuring compliance with the Ontario Building Code and applicable plumbing regulations, arranging inspections, and addressing deficiencies. Work is performed under a pre-approved, fixed price list with no quoting required; bi-weekly payments for completed and approved work; prior approval required for any work outside the standard scope.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ontario plumbing licence (Journeyperson or licensed Plumbing Contractor)
- Proven experience in residential or multi-unit renovation work
- Own tools, equipment, PPE, and reliable transportation
- Ability to work professionally in occupied and vacant residential units
