Job Summary
Provide operational, administrative, and logistical support to the Loma Writing Center Director; manage scheduling and WCOnline, coordinate graduate and undergraduate student tutor scheduling and timecards, assist with hiring and onboarding of student tutors, support outreach, communication, and assessment efforts, and perform other duties to ensure smooth Writing Center operations. Maintain administrative systems, databases, scheduling tools, and internal communications; track budgets and assist with procurement; coordinate meetings, trainings, and events; contribute to annual reporting and program assessment; support promotional efforts and campus engagement; work closely with the Writing Center leadership team and student staff. Requires strong organizational, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and commitment to working with a diverse population. Background check required.
