Receive payments, open and close cash registers, and assist customers during the purchase process and in the fitting rooms. Perform daily restocking and organization of the sales area, place price tags and product codes in inventory, and maintain sales zones and display windows according to merchandising standards. Greet the public, encourage customers to share feedback via the Encantômetro, and ensure a priority customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Work eight-hour shifts exclusively on Saturdays, Sundays, and Fridays. Requires a high school diploma and familiarity with digital tools.
