Conduct monthly payroll processing with accuracy and adherence to statutory deadlines. Manage employee master and movement data while serving as the primary contact for staff and leadership regarding calculation inquiries. Handle entry and exit procedures, contract modifications, and certification documentation. Liaise with health insurance funds, authorities, and social security agencies. Generate analytical reports and statistics to support decision-making. Ensure full compliance with legal requirements and assist in year-end closing audits for social security, tax, and external auditors. Drive internal process improvements within the payroll function.
