Manage personnel administration from hire to exit, including contract creation, certification management, and timekeeping analysis. Execute monthly payroll calculations while adhering to tax, social security, and collective agreement regulations. Serve as the primary contact for employees, the tax office, and social insurance agencies. Requires a successful commercial qualification, preferably as a tax specialist, with experience in construction payroll and strong knowledge of labor and social security laws.
