Conduct monthly payroll and salary calculations independently across multiple clients, managing personal data, tax filings, and certification documentation. Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding payroll and social security inquiries while communicating with authorities, health insurers, and partner tax firms. Support the digital transformation by optimizing payroll processes and integrating HR tools like Personio, DATEV, and Lexoffice. Collaborate closely with the product team to automate workflows and implement new digital solutions. Work remotely with full autonomy, reporting directly to leadership and cross-functional colleagues.
