Job Summary
As a Lohnbuchhalter at Forvis Mazars, you will be responsible for the independent preparation of payroll for national and international clients. You will handle diverse issues related to payroll, social security, and tax law, maintain payroll accounts and personnel files, manage master data, and communicate with tax authorities, health insurers, and other agencies. You will also have the opportunity to contribute actively to the ongoing development and optimization of payroll processes.
Required Qualifications
- Completed training as a tax clerk or a comparable commercial degree, ideally with further training as a payroll specialist
- Professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in a law firm environment
Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Ideally initial DATEV application knowledge
- Service-oriented work in an international environment
- High level of teamwork and communication skills
