Job Summary
Ensure timely payroll processing using DATEV-Lodas to guarantee accurate monthly salary calculations. Maintain external communication with authorities and social insurance agencies while managing reporting and certification procedures. Serve as the primary expert for employee and colleague inquiries regarding all compensation-related questions. Monitor and update personal master data to ensure data integrity. Generate individual analyses and statistics as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Lohnbuchhalter/Gehaltsbuchhalter mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen
- Kenntnisse in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
