Lohn- & Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Conduct independent monthly payroll and salary calculations for clients, including data entry, master data maintenance, and processing of deductions and special payments. Prepare and submit social security and wage tax declarations, as well as reports to health insurers, tax offices, and other authorities. Serve as the first point of contact for wage tax and social security law inquiries regarding parental benefits, maternity protection, and new hire or departure notifications. Collaborate closely with colleagues in financial accounting and year-end closing to ensure accurate interface handovers. Maintain direct contact with a fixed client circle to address their payroll accounting needs.
