Organize the new therapy practice location in Munich and sustainably manage daily operations. Lead a team of 3–4 speech therapists by guiding individual development, shaping recruitment processes, and fostering a supportive culture. Advance the existing logopedic work, build trust with families, and coordinate pre- and post-session preparations alongside team meetings. Work within a fixed 30-hour weekly schedule including management time, starting October 2026. Collaborate closely with the founder and an experienced practice leader to design the new site from the ground up.
