Coordinate logistics dispatch and service provider coordination regarding required cargo space with specific time windows for goods entry and exit. Conduct commercial control of all goods receipts, monitor order and on-time delivery of shipments and manufacturing orders, and coordinate staff assignments based on priorities and utilization with responsible team leaders. Oversee compliance with operational, safety, hazardous material, and environmental regulations. Process all outgoing manual shipping orders and returns to suppliers in coordination with procurement, while accepting and processing customer returns in collaboration with order processing and operations control. Manage incoming mail, invoice mailing, and master data maintenance for articles in SAP.
