Job Summary
Plan routes and orders for HEMA stores across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany by creating daily schedules and monitoring forecasts to ensure timely deliveries. Coordinate closely with warehouse and store teams to adjust plans dynamically and resolve operational issues. Calculate weekly workload distribution per production area and verify progress on both your own tasks and those of colleagues. Work flexible shifts between 5:30 and 18:00, including occasional weekend rotations, to support efficient supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met transport management systemen en warehouse management systemen
- werkervaring binnen de logistiek en/of retail
- bekend met Office 365, en kunt een goede draaitabel maken in Excel
- minimaal 4 dagen in de week inzetbaar
- beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op minimaal B2-niveau
- geen moeite met werken in ochtend- en weekenddiensten
- flexibiliteit van je
- werk je met verschillende start- en eindtijden
- dienst op de zaterdag of op zondag
