Create timely and complete production plans for large book orders from schools and distributors by generating order forecasts based on customer expectations and historical data. Schedule fixed and flexible staff with appropriate qualifications across processing locations while coordinating with Sales and Customer Service teams regarding delivery dates. Analyze variances between forecast, plan, and realization to drive concrete process improvements, particularly during the October–February low season. Act as backup for the planning system Key User and support colleagues with system-related inquiries. Collaborate within the Planning & Control Room and the Study Books Logistics Center to maintain operational reliability during a 24-hour logistics operation.
