Logistiek Bediende

Process orders in the system and coordinate transport for zonewings and pergolas to customers in Europe, the UK, and Canada. Plan and schedule internal and external deliveries, manage loading lists, and verify transport invoices. Coordinate pickup times with carriers, monitor shipments, and handle damage claims while identifying process improvements. Support purchasing with order confirmations and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Based in Aalter, this role operates within a 39-hour week (41 hours during peak season) with a flexible roster. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent with two years of experience, strong organizational skills, and fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
