Job Summary
Logistics & Warehouse Operator responsible for coordinating inbound/outbound warehouse flow, processing orders, receiving donations, maintaining stock levels, coordinating with freight providers (local & international), ensuring timely invoicing and documentation, and upholding OH&S guidelines in a fast-paced team environment at Amplifon in Keysborough, VIC. The role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with ERP/WMS systems.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field is essential
- Exposure to ERP system i.e. Oracle, JDE or Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Proficient in shipping portals for booking collections & pickups
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 25Kg
- Forklift license desirable, but not essential
- First Aid certification desirable, but not essential
