Job Summary
Lead inbound and outbound transportation activities for raw materials, components, and finished goods while organizing reverse logistics for field fails and returned products. Develop domestic and international shipping lane strategies, negotiate contracts with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers, and drive continuous improvement in freight costs and delivery performance. Manage all import and export compliance activities, including accurate customs declarations, tariff classifications, and documentation, acting as the internal subject matter expert on global trade regulations. Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations covering receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accurate bookings and optimized capacity plans. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards while supporting business growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive logistics and warehouse management experience
- Proven experience managing international logistics operations
- Strong customs and international trade compliance knowledge
- Experience negotiating freight and logistics contracts
- Experience managing inventory control and warehouse operations
- Demonstrated success in logistics cost optimization and network design
- Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems
