Job Summary
Review and verify warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports, maintaining data accuracy, case counts, and documentation according to SOPs. Process bills of lading for accurate billing and lot control, coordinate warehouse transfers, and manage documentation for lot transformation, repacking, labeling, and product inspection. Investigate inventory discrepancies while developing corrective actions with the Finance department, and improve warehouse procedures to enhance inventory accuracy and support operational growth. Serve as the main point of contact for warehouse operations, communicating with internal and external parties via phone and email. This role plays a critical part in inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and root-cause problem solving within the 3rd Party Warehouse team.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years in logistics, warehouse customer service, order processing, inventory control, and/or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel skills (lookups, data cleaning)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Bachelor's degree preferred
