Logistics & Trade Compliance Specialist

Conduct weekly logistics reports ensuring completeness and accuracy of TJX required data. Manage vendor onboarding, training, and compliance tracker updates while coordinating PO flow with the Buyer and MA teams. Work with vendors to secure correct documents for product and customs compliance regarding direct imports into U.S., Canada, UK, and EU markets. Make decisions on pending orders to enable timely and accurate shipping without impeding supply chain flow. Provide support to the manager for team operations and handle vendor non-compliance activities with appropriate recommendations. Requires full working rights in Australia, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.
