Job Summary
The Logistics Center Technician performs shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse tasks, including preparing shipments, selecting shipping methods, packing items, creating bills of lading, scandoc/item verification against packing slips, basic kitting, unloading inbound materials, inspecting shipments for damages, delivering items, and operating equipment (dolly, pallet jack, cardboard crusher, forklift) as needed. The role emphasizes customer service to internal and external customers, accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to work independently and with a team, and occasional travel. Entry-level position requiring a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; prior warehouse or safety certifications are preferred but not required. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm; Brookpark, OH facility; may involve operating a company vehicle and physical tasks up to heavy lifting.
