Job Summary
Operate and maintain logistics equipment while moving material to appropriate departments, locations, and people. Pick, scan, and load customer orders using QAD, handling finished goods from production to the warehouse. Perform inventory counts and maintain 5S activity across all plant areas. Report unsafe issues, actions, or behaviors to your supervisor and follow the Stop-Call-Wait policy. Complete assigned safety procedures including BBS, Dakotas, equipment checklists, and Dock Door Safety Audits. Rotate through various areas of the logistics department as business needs dictate. Maintain KAAP Forklift certification and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to Obtain & Maintain KAAP Forklift certification as well as other equipment certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend basic English
- Ability to follow instructions
