Job Summary
Review and categorize geological and geophysical documents, applying barcodes for tracking. Palletize client data securely and perform heat treatment and cleaning of media tapes. Operate the media photo booth, scan seismic support documentation, and receive or dispatch shipments with accurate records. Update the Work Management Tool with job comments and billing information. Interact professionally with clients, support courier duties, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. This full-time role in Sevenoaks, Kent, begins October 1, 2026, with Monday to Friday hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent)
- One to two years of warehouse experience
- A safety-first mentality and commitment to following company safety standards
- Strong computer skills, with particular proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) and safely perform manual handling duties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
