Logistics Technician I - AM Shift

Responsible for the proper movement of finished product from production to the cooler, loading/unloading and storage areas. Operate forklifts and ensure FIFO rotation; inspect trailers for cleanliness and temperature (36 degrees) before loading; complete required pre/post shift paperwork; log inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts and material staging. Maintain sanitation per guidelines and ensure dock locks are used during loading; lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime/weekends as needed. Must read and comprehend instructions and perform basic math; requires a high school diploma or GED and forklift and electric pallet jack certifications. Vigilance for food quality and safety duties and adherence to company values and safety programs are essential.
