Job Summary
Operate and maintain machinery for loading/unloading ethanol, distillers grains, and corn; weigh/grading raw materials and final products; inspect and maintain rolling stock; ensure grain quality per contracts; record-keeping; safety compliance; collaborate with maintenance; training in regulatory requirements; perform duties with PPE and in a dynamic plant environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to greet customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work with all levels of staff
- Excellent Microsoft Office software skills
- Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements (FRA, TTB, state)
- Experience in grain receiving and grading
- Detail-oriented; dependable; team player
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in industrial production plants helpful
