Job Summary
Break down, sort, prepare, stage, and stock the sales floor with inbound freight while following the Door-To-Floor in 24 hours process. Train and supervise the Logistics Team by planning daily activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring all freight is processed and stocked within 24 hours of receipt. Coordinate excess merchandise processing with the Replenishment Team, assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store and Pick Pack and Ship orders, and promote customer loyalty programs. Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to implement process improvements and evaluate team performance while maintaining high presentation standards. Requires forklift certification, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of retail logistics or general warehouse experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively, implementing solutions, multi-task, and be flexible in a quick changing environment
