Job Summary
Break down, sort, prepare, stage, and stock the sales floor with inbound freight while adhering to the Door-To-Floor 24-hour process. Train and supervise the Logistics Team by planning daily activities, assigning tasks, and collaborating with the Logistics Manager to implement process improvements. Coordinate excess merchandise processing with the Replenishment Team, assist with BOPIS and Pick Pack and Ship orders, and ensure fleet presentation standards are met. Promote customer loyalty programs and company initiatives while directing a diverse group of full-time and part-time members. Forklift certification and ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, are required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of retail logistics or general warehouse experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively, implementing solutions, multi-task, and be flexible in a quick changing environment
