Lead design and delivery of scalable intralogistics automation solutions across Caterpillar plants and warehouses; own solution and architecture design, governance, and the development of MDP/MVP/MMP products, simulations, and system integrations across WMS/WCS/LOS/ERP/MES; responsibilities include identifying automation use cases, quantifying value (throughput, OTD, space utilization), driving standardization and reuse, and creating deployment playbooks; collaborate with OT/IT/Network/EHS/Maintenance/Operations; work onsite in Mossville, IL; travel up to 30% and relocation available; requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and explicit visa restrictions apply; salary range $128,470–$192,710 annually.
